The appointments happen over whatsapp/facetime/ phone as per your convenience for Non residents. 3. Diet plan or Workout plan are not included in this option (For Programs and plans visit online coaching Section) 4. We will direct you to specific Health Checkup routines at minimal cost prior to joining any of below mentioned programs 5. If you wish to join any of the Online Coaching plans - this charges will be discounted from the total Fee.
