The appointments happen over whatsapp/facetime/ phone as per your convenience for Non residents. 3. F2F Consultation will be scheduled in our office in Chandra Layout, Bangalore -560040 for Bangalore Residents , 4. Diet plan or Workout plan are not included in this option (For Programs and plans visit online coaching Section) 5. At the time of appointment Body Mass Index will be checked in Karada Scan - in our studio 6. We will direct you to specific Health Checkup routines at minimal cost prior to joining any of below mentioned programs 7. If you wish to join any of the below mentioned programs - this charges will be discounted from the total Fee.
