 A. FIRST APPOINTMENT FOR TRANSFORMATION COACHING

(Includes Body Assessment+Healthy Lifestyle Advice+ Nutrition Analysis + Fitness Advice)

  3. F2F Consultation will be scheduled in our office in Chandra Layout, Bangalore -560040

  4. We do not provide Diet plan or Workout plan in first appointment (Plans are tailored only to the Clients who has taken online & personal training packages)

  5. At the time of appointment Body Mass Index will be checked in Body Fat analyzer Machine - in our studio

  6. We will direct you to specific Health Checkup routines at minimal cost prior to joining any of below mentioned program

  7. If you wish to join any of the below mentioned programs - this charges will be discounted from the total Fee.

When you make a call and book a session, You will be given first paid Appointment for complete health and fitness assessment, which I would use to design your program if you choose to continue.

Note: You will need about minimum of 3 supervised sessions per week. If you prefer fewer sessions/week, please be aware that the program may require you to train on your own.

The rates below apply from 01st January 2021 to 30th October 2021.

1 session is Equals to 1 Hour in a Day. Online Nutrition coaching is free with Personal training packages.
